HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?
To create a full look, 3 bundles are recommended. Four bundles are used for longer inches and a more drastic look.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
Once your order is processed please allow 4 to 7 days for your order to ship. Please make sure your billing address is full and correct as well as the spelling of your name.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
There are no refunds. Customer service is very important to us, send us an email if you have any concerns and allow us up to 24 hours to resolve your issue.
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
With the proper hair care your hair will last up to two years.
CAN THIS HAIR BE DYED?
This hair can be dyed and bleached as many times as you choose and still will remain its same texture with minimal shedding.
CAN HAIR BE PICKED UP INSTEAD OF SHIPPED?
If you live in the DC, Maryland or Virginia area pick up is available. You will still place your order online, you will then receive a text for confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. Please make sure your name and number are correct when purchasing.
